Kristen Keogh, M.Ed.
Hello Bobcat Family,
I am so excited to start the 2017-2018 School year as the new Assistant Principal at Krum Middle School. I look forward to what this next year brings at KMS with our fantastic returning staff, brand new staff members, and our wonderful students. I look forward to meeting all the wonderful parents and community members, without the community and parent support Krum Middle School would not be as great as it is.
I attended Tarleton State University where I received my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Studies, immediately after graduating I started my teaching and coaching career at RL Turner High School in Carrollton. After spending 5 years there I moved to College Station and took a teaching and coaching position at Caldwell High School. I then spent 3 years at A&M Consolidated High School in College Station where I was the AVID Coordinator. It was by far the most rewarding experience of my teaching career to this point. During that time, I graduated with my Masters of Education from Texas A&M University. Whoop!
I have been married to my amazing Husband for 3 years and we have one daughter Addison. My husband is also an Educator and will be teaching Chemistry and is the Assistant Soccer Coach at Coppell High School.
I so excited to be a Krum Bobcat and I look forward to meeting all the parents and community members. Let’s have a great 2017-2018 school year!
