Hello Bobcats and Lady Cats!
Welcome to Krum Middle School Cross Country. I am glad to see that you have an interest in running Cross Country. I am looking forward to a fun, competitive season this Fall.
We will begin workouts on Tuesday, August 22. Our workouts will begin at 7:01 a.m. and we will meet at the High School Baseball field.
We will workout Monday through Thursday. There will not be a workout on Friday mornings. Our workout will be completed by 7:45 in order for our athletes to refresh and get to first period. All runners are expected to be at each workout.
Athletes will need comfortable running attire. I suggest running shoes specifically for the workouts. Old running shoes are great for the workout because on some mornings they get wet running in the grass. The shoes you wear out on the course can not be the same shoes you wear in the gym during Athletics or P.E. because they will be dirty. Several of our runners brought a trash bag to throw their running shoes into to keep from getting their gym bags dirty.
Each athlete will need to bring their own water bottle to workouts.

5. Continue as guest and fill in your child's last name and Student ID
6. Select the sport(s) they are participating in this year
7. Fill out Emergency Card and UIL Forms Signature Page
8. Read and fill out:
a. Acknowledgement of Rules
b. Concussion Acknowledgement Form
c. Parent/Student Steroid Agreement Form
d. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form
